At Nidecker, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance snowboarding gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your gear in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Gear
Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
